Paganini‘s pasta dishes are all freshly made and prepared on site – authentic flavours and genuine freshly made pasta, only traditional ingredients used. We also offer a prepacked dish to take home complete with sauces and cheese for all our pasta dishes.

The word “lasagne” and, in many non-Italian languages, the singular “lasagna”, can also refer to a dish made with several layers of lasagne sheets alternated with sauces and various other ingredients. Traditional lasagne is made by interleaving layers of pasta with layers of sauce, made with ragú, bechamel, and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
